How to Book?
1. Book your preferred session of the day
Session 1: 9am to 12noon
Session 2: 2pm to 5pm
2. Receive a verification email on your booking session and the payment mode
3. Please click on the payment mode link in the email content to proceed payment within 1 working day upon the booking
4. Upon payment, you will receive 2 confirmation email from Ricoh Marketing

- UCSA Room link with password to login and UCSA User guide
Terms & Conditions
- A booking is not valid until the payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued by Ricoh (M) Sdn Bhd.
- There shall be no refunds whatsoever in the event of any cancellation, disputes, inability to utilize the Site and for whatsoever reasons.
- User Experience on the UCSA will be entirely depending on User’ Internet Network Bandwidth. Weak bandwidth might subject to line disconnected or audio video latency.
- Ricoh (M) Sdn Bhd shall not be liable (whether arising in contract, in negligence or otherwise) for loss or damage which you or any third party may incur in connection with our Site, any website linked to our Site and any materials posted on it. User may not use this Site to conduct any illegal activities or any activities in violation of the law.
- The User acknowledges RICOH (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD’S Notice pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010), details of which can be found on our website at www.ricoh.com.my (About Ricoh).
